Chi

Also referred to as Qi or Ki, Chi means vital energy or life force energy, the invisible though sensed-energy which flows through and animates all things in the Universe and in manifested reality. Chi moves with breath, with directed attention and thoughts, and by the heartbeat and it powers all of the natural world that surrounds us.
